The results of the survey of teachers secondary vocational schools of St. Petersburg, conducted in 2009 - 2014 years, it is shown that in today's social and cultural development of the school is little room for the living ground knowledge and human knowledge and the human soul, and knowledge of, emotions, knowledge and experiences of educational process, reveals the role of aesthetic and artistic training and values of the teacher for the development of its professional culture, it is emphasized that the real effect on the development of aesthetic and artistic preparation achieved only a complex effect on the teacher all its forms.
